Khoo Ming Siang
Team Leader.
Aquilla is led by Khoo Ming Siang, a well-qualified company secretary and Associate of The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), with more than 20 years' of experience specialising in the areas of corporate governance and company secretarial services.

She has been assuming the role as company secretary for companies from various industries, advising and attending to client's needs on compliance with the Companies Act 2016, and various regulatory legislations. Ming Siang leads the overall business operations, development, strategy and growth aspects of Aquilla, and overseas the day-to-day operations.
